Cool-spot

Cool-Spot is a unique combination of cold air and finely misted moisture. Moisture and cold air are brought together by an outlet placed above a work surface. Because Cool-Spot creates an optimal working and storage climate with a temperature between 6°C and 8°C, it is ideal for the good presentation of fresh meat and fish products, vegetables, and dairy products.

Cool-Spot for your buffet

You can choose to use Cool-Spot in buffet form, which will keep food fresh for much longer. Products placed under the Cool-Spot can remain uncovered for much longer without the quality deteriorating. Perfect for your buffet! As a bonus, the mist also adds a show-effect to your buffet!

Cool-Spot appliance in your kitchen
