About the product
A refrigerated prep station is a spacious refrigeration system. It is made of stainless steel, installed on top of the counter, and used as a cooling storage space for smaller Gastronorm containers. The refrigerated prep station is usually built-in into the workbenches of your commercial kitchen. There is also the option of having a lid with a hinge and brake placed on it.
