When products are ready to be served, they are often placed on the pass, the dividing line between your kitchen and restaurant. Rosval designs special workbenches and passes for this purpose.

Rosval produces a workbench specially designed for the pass of a kitchen or restaurant. It is possible to equip this workbench with plate warmer, cooling drawers, and a heat bridge. The pass is often part of the complete kitchen design and is therefore specially designed for your kitchen.
