We are very proud to have provided this beautiful castle with a fully customised and handmade kitchen. The crowning glory of our work is, of course, the faces of these chefs. I mean, they speak volumes, don’t they?

 

Hotel Beaumont Maastricht

Hotel Beaumont stands for classic allure combined with timeless design and a focus on comfort, service and hospitality. At Harry’s Restaurant in Hotel Beaumont you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner.

Implementation

A beautiful open kitchen overlooks the completely renovated restaurant. Besides the Rosval cooker with induction hobs, the salamander and the combi steamer, various refrigeration and freezer benches have also been installed here. We wish team Beaumont lots of cooking pleasure and thank them for the fine cooperation!

La Butte Aux Bois**, Lanaken (B)

As a historic estate, an award-winning gastronomic hotspot and an eco-chic Spa Retreat, Domaine La Butte aux Bois in Lanaken offers the highest level of hospitality to its guests. This exclusive and luxurious Relais & Châteaux hotel in Belgium is located at the entrance of the Hoge Kempen National Park. From the spacious terraces that offer an idyllic atmosphere to the stunning views of the beautifully landscaped garden. At this luxury Relais & Châteaux hotel in Belgium, one can enjoy nature in all its glory.

Implementation

Three commercial kitchens were developed for this project. A bistro kitchen, a banqueting kitchen and a large kitchen for the two-star restaurant La Source. The rubberless refrigerated workbenches, Rosval Easy Cooling®, and Rosval hobs have also been installed in these commercial kitchens.

Noble Kitchen*

After the undeniable success of restaurant Noble in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, which was awarded a Michelin star in 2016, it is time for an entirely new challenge in Cromvoirt, municipality of Vught. Patron cuisinier Edwin Kats proudly presents Noble Kitchen* in Cromvoirt.

Implementation

The cooperation between Edwin Kats, the architect, the project developer and our project advisor ran so smoothly that Rosval was commissioned to produce the restaurant kitchen, the rinse kitchen, the production kitchen and the refrigeration units. In the kitchen, the refrigerated workbenches are all equipped with rubberless Rosval Easy-Cooling® refrigerators.

The Traveller

On the 4th of November 2019, a new restaurant concept by Michiel Deenik, chef and owner of Visaandeschelde and THE ROAST ROOM, was founded in the green heart of ING’s campus in Amsterdam Zuidoost.

On a culinary adventure

This is the third restaurant for Michiel Deenik. He is embarking on this adventure together with restaurant manager Neal Valentijn and childhood friend Jeroen van Brussel. The concept is inspired by their shared love for travelling and the culinary voyage of discovery that goes with it.

Implementation

At The Traveller, a complete kitchen has been installed a.o. with Rosval Easy Cooling®, the rubberless refrigerators. In this beautiful open kitchen, guests can watch the chefs at work. In addition, Rosval has also realised a serving counter for take-away dishes at The Traveller. In the commercial kitchen, heaters and refrigerated workbenches have been incorporated.

The delivery of this large kitchen had a major impact. Due to the busy traffic in the area, the kitchen had to be delivered at night. Rosval did not shy away from this and delivered and assembled the kitchen at night.

Hotel Amsterdam- Amstel

Hotel Amsterdam-Amstel is the first hotel of Van der Valk within the ring of Amsterdam. The L-shaped hotel tower cannot be missed from both the A2 and the A10 motorways. Because of its perfect location, the hotel is very interesting for both business and leisure visitors.

Uitvoering

Rosval was commissioned to design and realise the open kitchen of ‘Restaurant Amstelle’ and the breakfast and live cooking buffet ‘Buffet ‘t IJ’.

For the open kitchen of ‘Amstelle’ we chose the sturdy look of our ‘Black Steel’ version. Of course, the cooker is equipped with induction and the refrigerators with Rosval Easy-Cooling® (rubberless refrigerator drawers and doors). In the Live Cooking buffet there is a large pizza oven cum bread oven, which the hotel uses to bake its own bread. In addition to the restaurant and the Live Cooking buffet, Rosval also supplied the small kitchen and the bar top of Bar Moqum.

Grenshotel de Jonckheer

The restaurant of Grenshotel de Jonckheer offers specialties from Belgian-French cuisine as well as a number of local dishes, all of which are always prepared with the best local ingredients. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and is open each day to accommodate up to 96 guests.

Implementation

In 2019, Rosval produced and installed a Live Cooking appliance for this fantastic restaurant.

De Rooi Pannen

Following the refurbishment of the classroom at De Rooi Pannen in Eindhoven, the new cooking units were installed for the students. Additionally, a cooking island was installed for both the teacher and as a location for a student to cook at. Induction technology is incorporated into these units, and the students are now being trained in using this cooking technique.

All of the furniture was made to conform to the H1 standard. This means that all seams/corners are rounded, making them easy to clean.

Slagmolen**, Opglabbeek (B)

Michelin-starred chef Bert Meewis and his partner Karlijn Libbrecht of Restaurant Slagmolen also opted for Rosval. In early 2015, Restaurant Slagmolen – which carries two Michelin stars – added an orangery for parties.

Bert and Karlijn opted to have the whole concept implemented by a single company. After visiting our company, they soon decided that Rosval was the one with all the know-how to achieve this.

Implementation

Bert opted for innovation, whereas Karlijn chose efficiency. Naturally, this perfectly matched Rosval’s DNA, resulting in seamless worktops, rounded stainless steel skirting boards, LED lighting incorporated into the worktops, and cooling units without rubber sealing, Rosval Easy-Cooling®.

Schloss Lieser, Duitsland

Schloss Lieser is a beautiful castle, built in the historicism style in the village of the same name, located adjacent to the river Moselle. It is the most eye-catching historic building in the village and has been subject to a preservation order as of 1981. Since then, the castle has been awarded world heritage site status.

Implementation

During a large-scale renovation, Rosval installed a complete commercial kitchen design which was finished to a very high standard.
